Okay, I was lazy for awhile.. but today I have Nabi's Holographic Teal!
Get blown away~ Nabi Holographic Teal is so so beautiful! The holographic effect flashes green & blue which is gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous~~~~
This reminds me so much of China Glaze's Atlantis which is another must have. :)
The only problem I have with this polish is that IT STAINS! Seriously. Double coat or Triple coat of base coat if you are going to put this on.
For comparison, I compared Nabi Holographic Teal with Jade's energy. I know they're not exactly close, but I dont really have a drawer full of teal holographic polishes lying around. =P
Jade Energy is darker.. like most of the comparison I have done so far.. Seriously, is Nabi just trying to make Holos that are much lighter than everyone else?
Surprisingly, I actually like Nabi Holographic Teal more.. stain or no stain, the colour is just too beautiful to resist!
I hope I convinced you to get this polish because of my swatch because you wont regret it. LOL

Swatch: Nabi Holographic Black
Today I have with me Nabi Holographic Black! Black is really gorgeous, with the most colorful holographic rainbow flash among those already swatched!
Even though it's called Black, I think Nabi Holographic Black is actually closer to being a gun metal grey color. I used 3 thin coats to achieve this color and opacity.
Nabi Holographic Black vs ColorClub Revvvolution |
I was really surprised to find that both polishes actually have the exact same holographic flash! The only difference between both polishes is that ColorClub Revvvolution is slightly darker in color and is closer to being 'black'.
Nabi Holographic Black vs China Glaze Galactic Gray |
As mentioned in my previous Nabi Holographic post, Nabi Holographics are coarse/grainy type while China Glaze Hologlam are the smooth type.
In all, I'm a little disappointed that Nabi Holographic Black is not 'black' enough, but I'm satisfied with the holographic flash!

Swatch: Nabi Holographic Flamingo
Nabi Flamingo is a magenta pink holographic polish with a beautiful purple flash!
Formula is great although almost all of Nabi's holographic polishes that I have tried so far are on the sheer side and requires about 3-4 coat to bring out the colour.
Isnt it really gorgeous? Although I must admit that I dont think there would be holographic polish which I dont think is gorgeous.. LOL
Nabi Holographic Flamingo vs China Glaze Infra Red |
The color for both polishes is quite close though definitely not the same, and their holographic finish is very different too. Nabi Holographic Flamingo is more of the coarse type of holographic finish while China Glaze Infra Red is the smooth type of holographic finish.

Swatch: Nabi Holographic Gold
Today I'm showing you guys Gold from the Nabi Holographic collection!
This nail polish is called Gold, but I do feel that it's just a fine line away from being Yellow. It's still really beautiful though, with a blue-green flash linear holo effect under light.
Noticed that Nabi likes to have holo effects that are similar to the base color. It is beautiful, but does makes it hard to capture on film as well.
Gorgeous!
For comparison, I compared Nabi Holographic Gold with Jade Mystic Gold.
Jade Mystic Gold is more brown compared to Nabi Holographic Gold and the holo flashes blue-Orange instead.
Although the Holo effects for Jade Mystic Gold is stronger, I think I still prefer Nabi Holographic Gold out of the two because of the blue-green holographic flash!
Not sure if you can see it in the pictures but it's really gorgeous in real life. Sort of like reminds me of sea in glistering sunlight. Love!
For my Singapore reader, Nabi Holographic polishes will be available at PolishAlley soon! Stay Tuned!

Swatch: Nabi Holographic Dark Purple
I just got a bunch of Nabi holographic polishes which I would be swatching over the next few posts!
First up, is Nabi holographic polish - Dark Purple.
The actual colour is a little less blue & more red in real life, forming a beautiful linear rainbow with blue flash under light.
I didn't manage to capture the holo well on film though.
When I was doing the swatch, I found myself asking how similar it is to some of the other purple holos I have so I decided to do some quick comparison!
Nabi Holographic Dark Purple vs A England Lady Of The Lake
A England Lady Of The Lake is obviously much darker and much less holo. In fact I was really surprised at how dark Lady Of The Lake is when comparing both polishes side by side.
Nabi Holographic Dark Purple vs ColorClub Wild At Heart
ColorClub Wild At Heart is one of ColorClub's older Holos and the holo effect is significantly weaker than the famous Halo Hues.
I think Nabi Dark Purple also won this round in terms of holo-ness. However, it doesnt seem very dark considering that it's name is 'Dark' Purple.
For my Singapore readers, Nabi holographic polishes will be available at PolishAlley very soon.

Orly Sparkling Garbage
Really really sparkly but no way it's garbage! How can it be? It's so gorgeous!
Orly Sparkling Garbage is a beautiful green holographic jelly from the Orly Mash Up collection. I almost used a base coat under it because it's sheer. Luckily I didnt because it's perfect just the way it is!
I used 3 coats for this. You can still see VNL if you look carefully but it's not obvious at all. The jelly finish really adds depth to the polish & holographic glitters!!
Loving this polish so much! If you haven't already, you need to get it!

China Glaze Digital Dawn - Subtle Stamping
Couldnt get over the CG Electra Magenta that I posted a few days back so I decided to use another polish from the same collection - China Glaze Digital Dawn!
Digital Dawn is a beautiful dusty rose brown colour with subtle holographic effects. It's a little hard to capture the beauty of this polish though.. The holo effect is orange and looked over-exposed rather than holo.
Stamped on some stars with ColorClub Worth The Risque.

Roses Over Don't Be A Luna-Tic
I have this BM plate for a long time already and finally got around to using it! Super glad I did cos it's so beautiful!
I stamped the design over China Glaze Don't Be A Luna-tic from the 2013 Hologlam collection. Can't really see the holographic due to the stamp covering most of the polish.
This photo shows a little of the holographic but not much as well.. But it looks rather artistic though don't you think? LOL
