Today I'm showing swatches for 2nd half of the China Glaze City Flourish collection - Pollen In Love!
In case you have missed out the first half - Peonies & Park Ave, you can check them out here!
China Glaze Don't Honk Your Thorn is a light beige brown creme polish with very light silver shimmers.
Application-wise is okay, but polish tends to create bald spots. The way to solve it is to wait till the bottom coat is fully dried before applying another coat. Still, this took me 3 coats + top coat.
A pretty nudish color that isn't similar to any others I have in my collection.
China Glaze Strike A Rose is a magenta pink creme polish with light silver shimmers.
Application is great, I achieved this in 2 easy coats & a layer of top coat.
A beautiful color that looks really good on my skin tone.
China Glaze What A Pansy is a blue toned dusty purple creme polish. Another of the type of colors that I simply can't resist!
Application is great as well, 2 easy coats with top coat.
Definitely one of my favourite from this collection.
China Glaze Thistle Do Nicely is a bright neon highlighter pink polish with creme finish.
Application is great, 2 easy coats with top coat.
A super eye blinding bright pink. People can probably spot you from a mile with this on. :)
China Glaze Grass Is Lime Greener is a bright green creme polish. A really unique color for nail polish in my opinion.
Application is okay, polish tends to have bald spots. Took me 3 coats + top coat.
A beautiful polish, I think I will be using this for nail art a lot. :)
China Glaze Metro Pollen-tin is a mustard / Nacho Cheese yellow polish.
Application is easy, but this polish have bald spots problem as well. 3 coats with top coat.
Very pretty! One of the rare yellows that actually suits my skin tone.
So we are finally done with the swatches of China Glaze City Florish collection. What are your thoughts for them? I'm certainly glad I have these as these are colors that I'll use frequently.
Nevertheless, I think 1 pink or coral in each collection would be enough. We have too many of them already!
For those interested, the whole City Florish collection is now available for sale at www.PolishAlley.com
